“I have been going to a Chiropractor, on and off for decades. I grew up as a Native Houstonian and Texan with a father who had a very well known Chiro that would always help him and she became the standard by which I judge Chiros, for my Houstonian’s, do you remember, “Day Lee” in Rice Village. Well, after years of doing half-marathon training, I had lots of damage from pounding the concrete in Houston and so I went to Dr LeBeof, a well known local Houston Chiro who was routinely on the news and part of HoustonFit. Then, when I became pregnant, I went to my best friend who is a Chiro, Dr Nora Pacha in Houston who also teaches and mentors. I only trusted her while pregnant and would see her only when needed and she always threw the kitchen sink at me. Now, as a new Sourdough Alaskan, I was hesitant to go to any Chiro office I saw on the street. I received a recommendation from a well known Anchorage family to see Treeka. I had my first appt last Friday and walked in with pain and literally walked out without said pain in about a hour. I went today for a followup appt and had a more extensive therapy session with a massage by AJ…I am surprised I didn’t fall down the stairs, shut the front door, my body was so relaxed afterwards…it made me realize how much I have stored in my body and how essential regular chiro appointments are and how this is necessary when dealing with a lot fo stress and pressure in the day to day life…“
