If you work for this company it's hard to get paid from also they don't pay enough for what we had to clean. Burlington on Diamond is where we cleaned. Not paid enough. Blood everywhere from customers falling due to merchandise on ground. Overall very nasty place. CBM had a contract to clean it but don't want to pay enough to keep employees. So once I quit the store became nasty again. This company can't keep employees due to poor pay. Also they only pay twice a month like it's the military. I know the unions pay more and they pay weekly.

Can I give less than one star? If so that is what this company needs. This company was great at getting you signed up to use them for services, but after that it was near impossible to get a hold of someone. We signed up for weekly services and used them for 2 months, at no point during the two months did they do a complete job. They did not do a number of things as agreed upon in the contract. These were not things that should be out of ordinary cleaning services, they were things like taking out the trash and vacuuming. They stained our carpet and the last time they had a crew in our office they left the building worse than it was when they came in, spilled sticky stuff in the lobby, did not take any trash out or vacuum, did not clean the bathrooms or kitchens. It was a mess! Every time we tried to get a hold of the supervisor to let them know of the issues we were seeing it would take days for them to get back to us if he got back to us at all. Then when trying to cancel services with them was a terrible experience. After a month of arguing with them about having to pay for the services they did not supply they finally agreed to just charge us for one month and waive the 30 day notice fee. Then they sent me 2 bills totaling more than a thousand dollars. One for February and one for the 30 day notice they said we would not need to pay. There is so much more I could add to this but the best advise I can give is stay away from this business!
