10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I will never go back to Car deets. Their customer service is HOT TRASH! They never answer the phone. If someone does answer the phone, it's because it wasn't answered by someone at the shop itself, it was forwarded to the owners phone. Who's never even in Alaska. I'm actually not even sure he lives here. One single piece of my husbands multi pro tailgate was needing to be recoated with the ceramic coating. When asked when we wanted to bring it in, My husband SPECIFICALLY said we can bring it in this week if possible (we called on Wednesday 7/20) , it would just have to be done and returned by Monday because he has work. In Sept 2020 I had Ceramic Pro and Xpel partial hood, full bimper (not a dealer, but website said they had a great warranty). Annual inspections include washing, claybar if needed, and refreshing the ceramic coating followed by a top coat. Products used were off the Walmart shelf and the only reason a Ceramic Pro Sport top coat was used was due to not being able to locate the Chemical Guys Product. I had stopped I a couple of other times prior to inquire about the Yellowing of the Xpel. Very unprofessional, owner is very pushy. If you don't like their service or have an issues they will not respond to any calls or messages they missed some work on my vehicle that I paid for. I have left multiple messages they will not respond back. They either need to do the work that they missed or refund me the amount of it. I have called and made a complaint to ceramic pro requesting them to remove car deets from being a dealer installer because they do not represent the brand and make ceramic pro look bad. I hope they get shut down. If you don't have any customer service skills you have no business being in this one of work. My advice is start showing some... read full review
