10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I will never go back to Car deets. Their customer service is HOT TRASH! They never answer the phone. If someone does answer the phone, it's because it wasn't answered by someone at the shop itself, it was forwarded to the owners phone. Who's never even in Alaska. I'm actually not even sure he lives here. One single piece of my husbands multi pro tailgate was needing to be recoated with the ceramic coating. When asked when we wanted to bring it in, My husband SPECIFICALLY said we can bring it in this week if possible (we called on Wednesday 7/20) , it would just have to be done and returned by Monday because he has work. Guy said sure thing! Bring it in tomorrow morning. Thursday (7/21). Come Saturday, we've heard nothing. My husband calls and per usual, we get forwarded to the out of state owner... we ask for an update and he says "I'll transfer you to the shop" but really he just hung up on him. When he IMMEDIATELY calls back, his call is ignored and sent to voice mail. Twice in a row. A voice mail message is left and do you think he received a call back? NOPE. Customer service is what will make or break you. And theirs is non existent!!!!!!!! BUT here's the kicker. It's now Monday, 7/25... my husband calls them yet AGAIN this morning and yet again, no answer. He's fed up at this point and just wants his truck back. We just drove over to let them know we'd just be taking it and finding business else where and IT HASNT EVEN BEEN MOVED from where we dropped it off. Hadn't even been worked on nor touched. Keys were still OUTSIDE in their mailbox. This is by far the most unprofessional business I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Save your hard earned money and go else where!! Ps- I would of called to let you know we took the truck, but you wouldn't of answered.

Very unprofessional, owner is very pushy. If you don't like their service or have an issues they will not respond to any calls or messages they missed some work on my vehicle that I paid for. I have left multiple messages they will not respond back. They either need to do the work that they missed or refund me the amount of it. I have called and made a complaint to ceramic pro requesting them to remove car deets from being a dealer installer because they do not represent the brand and make ceramic pro look bad. I hope they get shut down. If you don't have any customer service skills you have no business being in this one of work. My advice is start showing some compassion to your clients. Also if you leave bad review or comment on their Facebook page people are known to be blocked. They had from bad reviews to try and look like they only get good ones. Start responding to upset customers and stop hiding. From my digging into I see their are multiple people you may owe money or service and you won't respond back. That's theft. I will be chatting with someone higher up with ceramic pro I wound give up on this.

Yes Jim ceramic pro did attempt to rectify and customer service is satisfactory. But upon having that local Houston company service the Jeep, all I could see was a lot of head shaking by the workers there. According to them, the paint correction was not done/done incorrectly. Thus my review on Car Deets in AK remains the same but the review of ceramic pro is well improved.
