I had to have my car towed to the shop as it wouldn’t start after having a mobile mechanic come and making my car more of a hot mess. The mechanics took their time finding the cause of my issue and addressed them. My tires were also in terrible shape and Brad the own recommended the same tires on his truck and I can confidently say my car has never felt as planted to the road as it is with these tires.As for the reviews claiming the owner is rude, I didn’t get that impression. I believe Brad, speaks directly, honestly, intentionally and many people are not used to that and mistook it for rudeness. These guys were great. After dropping my truck off on a Saturday, I went in and spoke with Brad about what I needed fixed. I let him know what my budget was but I also understood that the repairs will cost what they cost. He called me the next day to let me know what was up. They worked out one problem but needed a few more hours to look at another issue. I Said they had to special order the part and he would call when it was done. I told him that was fine. He called the following day, truck was ready. It had more going on then I thought and it runs like a champ now. And they came in below my budget! I have utilized Car Care Center for the last 15-ish years for all of my out of warranty service and repairs. I trust them (Brad), they have always performed proper repairs and I've never had to return for re-work.
