Mckinley Countertops LLc
“I highly recommend Mckinley Countertops LLC! Their customer service, product knowledge, craftsmanship, and communication skills are unmatched. Taylor exceeded my expectations with his excellent customer service, product knowledge, and being able to listen to understand what I actually wanted to make my bathroom project turn out beautiful. Taylor wasn't pushy, nor was he trying to sell me the highest tile in the warehouse. Taylor told me to take as much time as I needed to choose the exact tile that I will be happy with. Taylor was so kind and patient to help me get the exact color of countertop that I needed, and he made sure the tile was a perfect match with my bathroom cabinets. When I was uncertain, Taylor assured me that was fine; his main concern was that I would find the exact tile that I needed. Their installers were so polite and friendly, and they also did an excellent job not to mention they were so respectful while in our home and they didn't leave a mess. I expressed; I had a deadline that I needed to meet, that deadline was honored. I was in need of a plumber; I called several companies; they were several weeks out, and they tried to take advantage of me due to my lack of knowledge in the field of plumbing and heating. I started stressing due to my deadline. I called McKinley Countertops LLC to see if they knew of a plumber, the owners of Mckinley Countertops Willy, and Alvaro, reached out to a very professional plumber Alex. Alex was very friendly, knowledgeable, very respectful, met my deadline, installed my faucets to perfection, and fixed some areas that were defective without taken advantage of me. I will definitely be using Mckinley Countertops and Alex again. Willy, and Alvaro are the epitome of how you treat your customers, this is how you stay in business. Taylor represents Mckinley Countertops LLC with excellence, grace, respectfully, and with great integrity. Taylor is the epitome of consultations; and excellent customer service. I am extremely happy with how my countertop look and the whole process was smooth. Thank you, Taylor, Willy, Alvaro, and all of your installers on your team that did an outstanding job with my countertop!”
Alaska Woodcrafters
“I moved into a small, single level house with cherry wood cabinets and needed a custom made table to fit into my small layout and match the cabinets . Bill came over to measure and discuss my needs and came up with beautiful design, including three table leafs to insert when entertaining. I was so happy with the final product that I hired him to make matching chairs and create a custom deep drawer in the existing cabinets (originally the cabinets had a hole to insert a bun warmer or microwave but the use would be better served with a drawer). I would highly recommend Alaska Woodcrafters for your woodworking needs!”
