Roy with BRS Services was fantastic! He came out the same day, removed my old wall-mounted TV and soundbar, and installed the new ones quickly and professionally. The old mount had to be relocated because the new TV’s mounting points were different, but he handled it without any issues. Great serviceand highly recommend!
Had a great experience with Roy. I called him Sunday morning to help me hang an 86in TV into a fake rock fireplace wall which was uneven and not nearly as sturdy as we originally thought. He came out that day and ended up spending a lot longer than expected on hanging the TV, but none of it was his fault. We have fake rock and it was very hard to find a place that he could anchor into to make sure the TV wouldn't fall down as well as the wall itself being uneven.
The job ended up taking almost 4 hrs with a Lowe's/home Depot trip for special anchors to hang the TV with. But Roy was persistent throughout the entire time and ended up getting it done. Even after he...read full review
My entire experience from the inquiry and quote to the final resolution of my dilemma was absolutely one hundred percent fantastic! I've never been more impressed with a local handyman service, and though we encountered a few obstacles, the whole experience was full of great communication, excellent payment methods, reliable work from the undoing of my carpet to the replacement of plumbing parts and the cleanup, I can't say more about how impressed I am!
