Toni is the BEST! I love her attention to detail in removing every unwanted hair I have. Plus - we have excellent rapport. Talking about cats, my medical issues, life situations and zen. She’s like my therapist. It’s GREAT! She waxed & tinted my brows and they have an exceptional shape. She makes the place for me! She’s my go to here on out! I'm a huge fan of Brow Chica. I've been going off and on for over 10 years. I've never had a botched job. I love their wax for my face. They shape my brows very well. I love the tint for my brows. It lasts about 3 weeks for me. I use a dark brown typically. I love their sugaring for body hair removal. I feel respected, I love their attention to hygiene and cleanliness. They use a new wooden spade or dowl each time they apply a new layer of wax so it doesn't cross contaminate. I appreciate that! I love the music that's played. It's upbeat and fun.
