I would give it five stars but had one small issue with delivery charges. There is a delivery charge and then there is an optional special delivery charge and I got quite confused on the website. There is a delivery charge no matter what so somehow it would be nice to clarify that a bit. Otherwise,..... 100% satisfied and grateful for the ease with which from Canada I was able to have flowers delievered to my friend In Anchorage, Alaska. Great work, thankyou!
I am in the San Francisco Bay Area and recently reached out to Bagoy's via their website to have a flower arrangement sent to someone who is very dear to me in Chugiak, AK as a surprise. The flower arrangement was received the very next day, and she was very surprised but also commented on how beautiful the flower arrangement looked. All around a very positive experience with Bagoy's. Thank you for such great service.
I called this morning from Texas to order an arrangement for my sister's birthday. They were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The arrangement came out beautiful and was delivered very soon after the order was placed!
