Consistently beautiful arrangements, really excellent customer service. The one time they made a mistake, by accidentally delivering a birthday arrangement early, they apologized profusely and sent an even bigger and lovelier one on the correct day with a nice note and a box of chocolates.
My delivery driver yesterday was Mike and he was the coolest ever! Great attitude and care for the flowers/arrangements and just genuinely nice all around … I love Bagoy’s and the ppl that take great care of the beautiful flowers and create amazing flower works of art for us … I’m very proud and would like to also shout out my auntie/mama Maria who is an amazingly talented designer in my heart and eyes and many more I’m sure!!! thnx for being awesome Bagoy’s!!!
