We have been using the Arctic Tails daycare and boarding for 2 years for our PWD Tasha. The staff care both at daycare and boarding is loving, competent and you can tell this is their calling. I especially like to shoutout the way they proactively address any anxieties or stresses both nutritionally and with nighttime comforts. We are a customer for life.
My dog has been coming to Arctic Tails for almost a year now. she tends to be a little bit shy and timid when it comes to playing with friends, but the staff do a wonderful job of making her feel comfortable and realize how fun daycare can be. The owners are wonderful people who are very understanding when it comes to situations with the dogs and parents as well which I am very grateful for and I couldn’t ask for a better daycare!😊
My dogs have been going to Arctic Tails for over a year now, they absolutely love it there every time they walk in they are extremely excited and when they leave they are tired out from a long day of playing! The owners Ben is very considerate, my dog had a problem with her paw a while back and she was very on top of it, teaching me how to clean it out correctly to prevent any further problems without needed vet care, and also explaining to me how they were going to help her while she was at daycare!
