I can't say enough about my experience at Rolfing by Anne. I've suffered from a lot of chronic shoulder problems for quite a while now. Ranging from pain to lock shoulders. A lot of times my shoulders feel like inside the shoulder itself is being pinched and I literally lose all strength because it feels like my muscles being pinched off. Anne, gave me a free 30 consultation. During this consultation she wanted me to feel and recognize the difference between rolfing and Massage Therapy. She did rolfing techniques to my right shoulder and massage therapy to my left. Anne is a very gifted and intuitive Rolfer, who has helped me on many occasions to straighten out my body after injuries and put me on the track to enjoy a healthy and active Alaskan lifestyle once more. I can highly recommend her. Anne is a very caring and loving person and is able to provide a safe environment, where much attention is given to ones needs.

I had heard of Rolfing for many years but chose massage therapy for neck pain for some time. Later I started having pain in my arms and hands. I started looking into Rolfing and that's when I scheduled a 30-minute free session with Anne. I felt a difference in just those 30 minutes. Her knowledge and technique through my 10 sessions has eased my pain and make me feel as though I can go on through my day.
