I am alive today because of the care and respect I have received over the last 20 plus years. The staff I’ve been treated by have all been very professional and caring every time I’ve needed medical care. And that has been quite often over the last 20+ years. Thank you to every one of the professionals I’ve seen and been treated by over all those years. When I needed medical attention, it was available. Thank you to all the VA medical team members, from the bottom of my heart, which is still working, incidentally!

I used this VA for nearly two decades. I found nearly every person working there to be of high quality. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is due to a PCP who refused to do an EKG and I afterwards went to the JBER hospital and found out I had had a heart attack. I brought this information to the attention of the Chief of Staff and she took direct and decisive action. I highly recommend this VA. The people who work there from the top to the clerk at the front desk has your interest at heart.
