Woke up to no hot water and I could not get pilot to fire up. Mt. Mechanical warned us of high holiday charge (Fourth of July) but got us a technician (Keegan) within an hour. He was very professional and systematically inspected and repaired our igniter and burner to get it working again. The charge was high($460) but the service was great. Fast response and effective repair. So far, so good.

I called for an after hours (late!) emergency leak. Their answering service was quick to answer, and I got a callback from their on call tech within 20 minutes. He was pleasant to talk to, quick to get to the job site, and happy to do the work as needed. It was a straight forward repair and from start to finish, it took about an hour. Well worth the price for such a fast response for an active leak emergency. Highly recommend. Thanks Mountain Mechanical!!
