Great service! I had grey water come up through my garage drain late Friday night. I called AK Rooter and talked through the issue and agreed to a Monday appointment to avoid weekend OT. They snaked the pipes and let me know there was a blockage caused by HAIR! They flushed the system and were on their way.
After another company dropped the ball, AK Rooter jumped in and dealt with my clogged toilet within hours. James was friendly, polite, informative and, most important, great as his job. This card is definitely going on the fridge for any future issues.
These guys are great. Very knowledgeable, prompt, reasonably priced, I'd use them again in a heart beat. We purchased a new house and the lower bathtub, sink, and toilet were backing up out of the toilet. I called AK Rooter based on their excellent reviews and they came out the next day, arrived when they said they would, took the toilet off, fixed the problem, re-installed, and wrapped it up quickly.
