It was a very stubborn clog, but he did not give up.
As a matter of fact, he could not get it the first visit and return several days later with a new idea and cleared the drain immediately.
I was only charged for the first hour of Service … They did not charge for the second visit.

First plumber called 8:30 am. Lady said, I will page.... by 12:30 no one called back(still haven't heard from them). Second plumber called, voicemail (still no call back) mind you, it is now 9pm. But at 1:30ish, I was again impatient. Called ak rooter, man answers says he can work me in 3-5. He was here before 4, left before 5. Can't say I was disappointed anymore. He was great. I owe him a small engine repair as a tip, because he was that awesome. And I totally meant it about your pull cord. You know where I live!Service: Drain cleaning
