I am sincerely appreciative of the great services provided to my disabled adult son by Alaska Neurology. Due to billing problems with Medicare, their Billing Manager, Virginia, has gone ‘above & beyond’ to assist me untangle the seemingly impossible situation for his services!
Providers are wonderful, and I’m very grateful for them (Dr. Ellenson in particular). Billing department is sub-par - stay on top of your account yourself because they have a history of not accurately processing things/following accounts.
I am so happy with my treatment at AKNC. They have helped me so much in the last 8-9 years. I see three of their doctors and have never had an issue with any of them.
Dr Ellenson is patient, understanding, kind and very thorough,because of his help I have not been in the ER in years!
Dr Mulgrew has helped me with sleep apnea and figured out what I needed to sleep through the night. He has been kind and easy to talk to. I feel so much better during the day….it is amazing how much sleep can help a person.
