Want to highly recommend both Dr. Ellenson and Dr. Sanchez. They provided excellent care to me when I needed it most. Seriously, Ellenson listened intently on my symptoms, took a lot of time to make thorough assessment, and bent over backwards when I needed a procedure quickly. As a healthcare provider myself, I especially appreciated this care that went above and beyond. I would refer my friends, family, and clients with confidence!
I switched over to Alaska Neurology Center after having several failed blood patches and multiple unnecessary injections and medications thrown at me elseware after my spinal fusion and decompression surgery.
I did some research and found that Dr. Sanchez was one of only I believe 3 other Drs in Alaska licensed to do the procedure, so after months of bedrest I scheduled with Dr. Sanchez and had my 1st successful blood patch(the 1st one also that wasn't horrifying to have done) and was able to also get off the many medications I was on and able to get my life back on track! You may have to wait sometimes because he's a very busy man but he's very much worth the time...read full review
I loved my experience there, I felt heard and not rushed.Though I was not seeing a neurologist that day, while waiting to go back for my appointment I heard multiple compliment given to the front desk staff and well as some for the providers. Im not sure about the experience the others have but what ive witnessed myself makes me want to go back 10 out of 10 definitely recommending to my friends and family
