Had three pairs of my favorite boots spruced up here recently with various combinations of new soles, repaired rips and other damage and thorough cleaning and treatment on all. It’s like having brand new boots again, work was done in about three weeks or so and in time frame quoted for very reasonable pricing!

A zipper in my Coach crossbody wallet had "busted." Long story short, Coach Repair/Customer Service staff in New Jersey was "unable to repair the zipper" (with no explanation offered yet I was informed I could purchase a new Coach wallet). Coach returned my wallet to me. Upon receipt of my wallet I called the Coach store in Anchorage, and I was directed to 5th Avenue Shoe Repair on Old Seward.Stephanie and Karl of 5th Avenue Shoe Repair repaired the zipper in my little crossbody wallet, and it appears as if never broken and functions perfectly.I am most pleased with the service provided by Stephanie and Karl, the courtesy and pleasant interaction with... read full review
