A zipper in my Coach crossbody wallet had "busted." Long story short, Coach Repair/Customer Service staff in New Jersey was "unable to repair the zipper" (with no explanation offered yet I was informed I could purchase a new Coach wallet). Coach returned my wallet to me. Upon receipt of my wallet I called the Coach store in Anchorage, and I was directed to 5th Avenue Shoe Repair on Old Seward.Stephanie and Karl of 5th Avenue Shoe Repair repaired the zipper in my little crossbody wallet, and it appears as if never broken and functions perfectly.I am most pleased with the service provided by Stephanie and Karl, the courtesy and pleasant interaction with these folks.I shall...read full review

Thanks for the excellent craftsmanship on the shoe repair that my friends dog took a bite out of. Its the second time you have save my shoes as you resoled my redwring boots.. Forever a custormer in North Pole, Alaska...

Just moved here, I am a flight attendant and I needed my heel repaired. Called 5th Ave Shoe Repair the lady that answered my call was very nice and understood the urgency. As I work a flight tomorrow and she said no problem I brought my shoes in and they were repaired with in 15 minutes and even cleaned up all the scuff marks I did even ask.They looked brand new again...And for the extremely reasonable price and an emergency fix... They went above and beyond... I am so grateful ..They were absolutely amazing... Thank you for helping me I will never go anywhere else ❣️??
