A nail salon ruined a very expensive pair of shoes with polish, wanted to take no responsibility, and only suggested I take them to a shoe repair shop. They let me know there was no hope yet still offered and took the time to write a very thorough and professional letter for me to bring to the salon. So while they were very understandably, not able to help me here, they will be getting any and all shoe repair business I may have in the future! Cannot recommend them highly enough!

I was a foolish man and used rubbing alcohol to clean polish off of my nice leather shoes 3 DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING! Shoes obliterated like the Death Star in Star Wars episodes 4 and 6. 5th Avenue Shoe repair brought them back to life and for a *very* reasonable price with a one day turnaround! 11/10, nay, 12/10!!
