Towing is a difficult service. Your dealing with people normally NOT in a good situation. They are usually unhappy when they call you and bothered that they now have to pay extra money for Towing. You may want to consider this before gripping out tow truck drivers. Its a difficult job and most do a pretty good job. 24/7 Does an Awesom Job.
Came here to get items out of my stolen, totalled vehicle.. A guy, not sure if he's security or what, came outside and yelled at me for walking through the open gate to knock on the door. (there is no alternative door to approach outside of the fenced area) he instructed me to call the company's office to ‘ask if I could have access to my car’.. Upon calling the office, the same guy answered the phone and was still very rude with me, did not allow me to even speak and denied me access to my vehicle. I know it was the same guy because of his heavy indian(?) accent and the office person who eventually allowed me access was a white guy. The customer service in this business...read full review
