Would love to say my dog had a great time here, too bad I messaged them over 2 weeks ago and haven't gotten a single reply back. Do not recommend solely based on the lack of customer service.

Very disrespectful to my pregnant wife. Very unprofessional. Made her drive all the way to my work with a screaming baby and 2 small kids because they wouldn't take credit card amd she left phone home charging. Then went to pick up dog after driving to get debit card and she basically tossed my dog outside and slammed door. Never said a word. We have used them for years and never an issue. We won't be bringing dog back. Never had issues at other kennels etransfering when home. We recommended them to lots of people Never again

Just picked up our three year old dog from Whitecourt Kennels. The owners were so nice and we are grateful they were able to accommodate us on such short notice. Our pup Gracie clearly had a wonderful time at her sleepover. Thanks so much! My kids were delighted to see Gracie again and were so happy to see her playing with the other dogs!!

We have never used a kennel for our dogs in the past but had to recently with our dog Sadie who is a very timid and nervous dog. She was a rescue from a bad situation so I really worried to how she would do with all new surroundings but we had no choice at this time so I called and looked all over northern Alberta and finally settled on this one. The people there are absolutely fantastic and did all they could to make her feel safe and comfortable. They provide lots of appropriate play time with similar dogs and one on one time too. They were easy to communicate with and text me pictures, videos and updates regularly that really put my heart at ease. Our little lady came home happy and very tired from all her fun. We will use again anytime we pass through Whitecourt and will recommend to all of our friends and family. This was all greatly appreciated from a very nervous dog owner when it comes to being out of reach. Give them a try for all of you dog boarding and grooming needs!!
