Associate Medical Clinic is noted for its friendly and helpful staff, both at the front and in the back. The doctors are described as terrific, great, thorough, and nice. They ask questions, give thorough examinations, and take their time, providing care and reassurance. The clinic is very busy but usually pretty fast. Multiple reviews express a strong preference for this clinic over others, stating the staff is always helpful and kind.
Staff is helpful and friendly. They are super busy clinc so need to be on time or early for appointments so they can try to get you in as efficiently as possible. Doctors can fall behind, and are a teaching clinic, so don't expect to be in and out and you will have a good chance of seeing a med student, which can slow things down too. If you are aware of the timeline then the wait is not so bad and if you aren't short tempered with the staff, they will be super friendly and helpful in return. It is not a walk in clinic, so trying to get any quick procedure done would not be able to do on a walk in basis, appointments would need to be booked. The front staff were busy but very friendly. In the back where they check blood pressure and weight were both kind and helpful booking my referrals. And Dr. Keay in my opinion is the doctor you want, he asks questions, gives a thorough examination and makes sure nothing is missed. I never feel like he is pushing me out, he takes his time, giving you confidence that he cares.
Nothing but the most friendliest of staff, Dr Sayied has not only helped me with my mental health but my overall health also.
I would much rather go to Westlock Associate Medical Clinic, over the doctors in the city any day. Always so helpful & kind!
