Lady in the sales was great to deal with. However the flooring install was horrible. They used the wrong size sheeting so the linoleum was lower in the kitchen then used to be so base boards didn't line up, there was lifting boards on the laminate flooring in the living room so they decided they would just put nails in a floating floor. There is gaps in the transition strip. More lifting laminate in the basement which is on concrete so they couldn't nail it. Tried blaming the humidity. But the laminate floor that was previously had no issue and its only in the door way so they just didn't size the doorway properly. After tonnes of back and forth we just... read full review

Very professional from the sales to the installation. I was extremely happy with the price, timeframe to complete the job and the hard work that Tim and his crew did while in my house. They were very polite and did a wonderful job in getting me a new floor. I highly recommend them.

Everyone was very helpful from the moment I walked into the store. it was very easy to select the right flooring for our needs. I was booked in a little quicker than originally thought and when Tim and his boys showed up they were extremely professional and hard working. After 2 hot days above 30, they had the job completed and our stairs and basement look fantastic. Wife's happy, I highly recommend.
