Never heard of anyone charging 45 mins of labour instead of just slapping the customer with a minimum 1 hour or worse, whatever the book says.They squeezed me in last min when i could tell they were busy too. 45 mins labour charge. Unheard of. Honest business. Clean and comfy waiting room too.

I am new to the Wainwright area, and had a tax question I couldn't find an answer to online. I called and the receptionist who took my number for Kevin to return my call after his meeting. I received a call within an hour or so. Kevin answered my tax question quite satisfactorily and pointed me in the right direction for additional assistance on a tangentially related matter.
