I had a pleasure of having one of Vern’s water softener’s installed. He’s quick and very efficient. Best customer service I’ve ever had and knows he’s stuff. His prices are very reasonable compared to other local outlets. Installation was a breeze. Thank you water shop. :)

The Water Shop in Sylvan Lake is amazing! The customer service is second to none. Whether you are in store or have bottle delivery to your door the staff always have smiles. You can tell the culture in this business is family like and everyone enjoys what they do! highly recommend the Water Shop in Sylvan Lake!

Well organized, easy parking and friendly staff. For 5 gallon drinking water refills the cost is $3.75 per bottle including removing the old cap, rinsing out the bottle in their washing station and putting a new cap on. They happily offer to load the water into your vehicle for you. They have a 24 hour fill station, but if you think you may need to use that, they will provide you with a couple of spare caps to use.
