I cannot say enough good things about Parkland Veterinary Clinic. We recently brought our 10-month-old Shih Tzu in for her spay, dental work, and annual wellness care, and the level of compassion from the entire team was incredible.

We visited this clinic for the first time with an urgent matter for our 4-week-old kitten. The staff scheduled an appointment for us immediately, and the professional veterinarians did an excellent job. We are very grateful to all the nurses who helped us. Highly recommend 👌

We brought our second rehomed dog in with no knowledge of his vaccination history, and they caught him up to date with their usual kindness and courtesy. We have used them for a few years now and are impressed with their compassion.

Great service always. They treat everyone like family and will remember your animals names and even give them nicknames they are so friendly. The new vet lady is very caring and gentle and she explains everything with so much details.

Absolutely the worst place ever! I should have known by the receptionist tias attitude that it was a terrible place to come and the vet wasn’t much better. Went elsewhere and was treated like gold. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. I don’t remember the vets name as I was so disgusted by their attitude as well! Cedar park in red deer is WELL worth the drive. All the staff are amazing and Dr Luis is a god send. Got my dog all fixed up without judgement and reinforced things happen, that it’s not always the owners fault and that it was easily fixable. Tia and the vet at parkland made me feel like the issue was 100% my fault, that I’m a bad owner and a bad person. I rescue animals, and take the best care of them I can as a single woman I go to peoples homes and take animals that are aggressive with them or are problematic so they don’t end up being but down and one of my problematic children decided to be problematic to the point it required a vet visit. I have used parkland a few times in the past and have never been treated like this until this time. Again parkland hospital is the last place I’d go. I’ll drive to red deer for service.
