So if you can get Art's interest in your project, his work is good and his communication seems to evolve. If he is even the slightest uninterested or too busy, you can pretty much right off any communication from him at all. I guess that is the service we can expect today, as consummers, from companies or services that have more then enough work!! A simple reply of unable to offer my services would suffice :-(
