Receptionist or unit clerk needs a lesson in talking to clients. I did not receive a phone call from my doctor at scheduled appointment time. So I called to inquire. Stated the doctor did try to call (I’m unsure if she is aware that modern day phones keep log of same). She or he first gave me the wrong phone number then halfway corrected themself saying my cellphone was called (it was not). Also did not provide me the full cellphone number. When I asked to reschedule I was then told me a date and time rather than asking for one. When I said that doesn’t work I got a “hm” as a response. Staff are so caring and friendly! They are always smiling and remember small details, making you feel so welcomed. Dr. Rodriguez is amazing at addressing all concerns and as a patient I feel heard. So fortunate to have this clinic in our rural area!
