    Unfortunately you have to get through the cold and somewhat rude reception to get through to your good Doctor.Perhaps if I could do my own new patient information online it would actually be in the system the first time. :)

    Talked to a very cold and unhelpful woman when inquiring about whether they accepted walk in appointments or not. It's no problem that they don't take walk ins, but no need to be rude and hang up on me. Classless.

    Saw Dr. O'Brien as a walk-in, he is great. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
