I started seeing Dr. Chung at Health First Wellness Centre in mid-November 2023 for weight loss. The treatment included herbal medicine along with acupuncture treatments. The herbal medicine helped to boost my metabolism as well as keep me from feeling hungry. I lost a total of 30 pounds over 6 months. Dr. Chung encouraged me to exercise more and change my eating habits. I am currently working on maintaining my weight with both exercise and healthy eating.
