Aizalen at Active Solutions for Health in Strathmore is the best massage therapist I have ever had.
I schedule 1.5-hour massages with her about once a month, and it’s truly the best investment I’ve made in myself. Aizalen is incredibly professional, attentive, and always manages to find and relieve the exact areas that need attention.
If you’ve never had a massage from her, I highly recommend booking one—you won’t regret it!

There's simply not enough good things to say about Jon at Active Solutions for Health.
When I first saw him for my ankle, I wasn't able to run at all. I had a full thickness tear in my tendon and a massive ganglion cyst had developed.
After the first visit I was already aware that this treatment was going to prove positive results for my physical and mental therapy.
Approximately 6 months later and I'm running again, losing weight and becoming mentally healthy again.

After I tore my right shoulder, I tried physiotherapy, massages, chiropractic adjustments and multiple prescriptions all leading to no real improvements or healing. I then tried shockwave with Deanna and started to see some real improvements, after five appointments over four months my shoulder feels as good as new. The staff is super friendly and made it super easy to get appointments when it fit into my schedule. Would highly recommend to anyone going through a similar injury. Thanks Deanna!
