Brought my boys here for the first time today to be groomed. I seen Tia and she is absolutely wonderful! She did a thorough intake, asked lots of questions, gave suggestions and repeated everything back to me.At pick up I was given a little report card with how my boys did which I thought was super cute.The store is super clean and they have a ton of great items! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. My boys seemed to enjoy their visit.Unfortunately one of my boys was SUPER matted and Tia had to cut him REALLY short to get through the mats. We brought all three of our dogs in for nail trims - best trim yet! And had our collie cross shaved and groomed - she looks absolutely beautiful, we couldn't be happier with the service! Thank you

Most amazing experience I have ever had with a groomer. Andrew was very knowledgeable, friendly and did an amazing job on my little guy Ralph. The entire experience from the moment I walked in the front door was so unbelievable. The entire staff were all so friendly and helpful. I have never been asked so many questions by a groomer regarding my dog and his health and preferences. They had so many options to choose from regarding his visit with Andrew. This made me very comfortable with leaving him with the groomer. The cut was so neat and tidy and he smelled amazing.
