To make sure the arrangement is perfect for the occasion and make positive suggests. They go the extra mile which helps make the customer more at ease with the purchase. Alex and Mackenzie are SO sweet and so helpful. :) I am from out of town and we had to make arrangements over the phone and it was so easy, it was like chatting with a friend! I could not recommend Settler flowers enough
