This office is run very professionally and friendly, in my opinion. I am very fortunate to have Dr. Chapman as my attending doctor……I may be one of the patients who go over my allotted time and have NEVER felt rushed by Dr. Chapman…….so very pleased to have her calibre of dedication in rural Alberta.

Front staff/receptionists are horrible, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Long wait times with zero communication or heads up that I’ll be waiting over an hour after my scheduled appointment to see the dr is unacceptable.

Dr Sunday is probably the worst physician I’ve come across in a long while, and the girls at the front are extremely immature as I caught them talking about other patients walking in… just not the professionals you should be trusting with your medical needs, will not return to this office

Receptionists are all lovely helpful people so far as I've seen. Dr. Lockhat might be the best doctor I've ever had and I've had some really good doctors. He is kind, he listens, does not rush and is very thorough. He is never dismissive. He actually cares. He almost makes me glad I injured myself enough to land in the hospital because that's how I ended up as his patient.

I think it’s just wrong that they are closed most fridays and won’t even let you leave a message to have them call you back when they’re actually open. Not everyone can spend 20 minutes searching to see if the MEDICAL CLINIC is open on A WEEK DAY. if they are gonna take multiple days out of the month that they could be making appointments and helping patients then at the very least they should make it easier to make an appointment so that people don’t go months with problems because they’re medical clinic makes it very difficult to make a doctors appointment in Canada where you already have to wait months to see your doctor. it feels unprofessional and irresponsible for heath care workers to do. because I understand having a day off but every friday in the last 2 months are closed that’s a full week of days they could’ve helped patients.

I've been going here for 5+ years, even now that I live in Red deer I make the drive to see Dr. Bauer! All the ladies at the front have been so wonderful too, I always smile when I go here. Thank you for the wonderful care, you can't find anything like this in the city!
