Heartland Medical Clinic is highly appreciated for its experienced and professional doctors who provide attentive care and follow through with concerns. Patients value the down-to-earth approach of doctors like Dr. Vogel and Dr. Bauer. The clinic's staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming environment. Patients have been loyal for years, often making the drive even from nearby cities to receive the wonderful care offered. Overall, the clinic is known for its quality service and caring staff.
This office is run very professionally and friendly, in my opinion. I am very fortunate to have Dr. Chapman as my attending doctor……I may be one of the patients who go over my allotted time and have NEVER felt rushed by Dr. Chapman…….so very pleased to have her calibre of dedication in rural Alberta.
Receptionists are all lovely helpful people so far as I've seen. Dr. Lockhat might be the best doctor I've ever had and I've had some really good doctors. He is kind, he listens, does not rush and is very thorough. He is never dismissive. He actually cares. He almost makes me glad I injured myself enough to land in the hospital because that's how I ended up as his patient.
Best doctors I have ever experienced. Will give you the time you deserve and follow through with any concerns. Could not say enough about how much I appreciate this clinic and the doctors.
