Pulled up to door bay 2, bay had a vehicle already. Waited outside for a rep to open the door, nobody did. When the vehicle in bay 1 was done and left, the workers inside decided to sit down, rather than open either door and invite into neither bay 1 or 2. So I guess they don't want my business, left there and went to bonnyville instead. We'll see I'd it's better there.

Washed my car twice this week here. $20 each time. Both times my car left still dirty. I also never drive on gravel and usually hand wash so it wasn’t very dirty to begin with. Definitely not worth the price.

Do NOT go to Speedee lube in St.Paul!! I had went to get my oil changed from them, where they did not put the oil cap on correctly underneath my car. It slowly leaked out all the oil, I made a trip to Edmonton with my girlfriend and my oil light came on, we started to smell smoke and burning so as soon as I got in to Edmonton I went to the first place I could to check what’s going on. They opened my hood, &my coolant was literally spraying out causing it to smoke. They told me my car was so over heated because there was no oil, and the coolant tank was empty which was creating a gas. They said I made it just in time because there was a chance it could’ve exploded. They recommended I don’t drive it no more, so we were stranded in Edmonton and had to find a ride home.. all the work I put in to this car just for it to be taken away from something so preventable.
I told my story to a few people, which they told me the same thing had happened to them from the same place! They said they went back to make a complaint and all they did was offer them a free oil change the next time they were to go back. What a joke!

Went yesterday asked for oil change new oil and filter change.no recipe give them 60.00$ cash ...got home I wasn't feeling it..so I went under my truck I see an old oil filter that doesn't belong...well 🤔I have to go back can't wait to hear a Cinderella story from 2uggies

Fast oil change. Not particularly friendly. Asked for a proper receipt (service order). The attendant was pretty short with me and told me “we don’t do that”. After that exchange he gave me a hand written receipt for my records.

Had the dip stick break off on my 05 chrysler 300 after an oil change they ordered a new one and replaced it for me with ease couldn't be more satisfied with their service
