A warm and welcoming environment where students of all levels can explore and deepen inclusive yoga practice.The beautiful decor, gentle instruction and fantastic range of classes, has me excited to attend as often as I can!!

I trials a barre class with Kim last night and it was great! Kim has such a supportive and motivating energy. The class itself was proper intense with Kim offering modifications to those who needed them. She encouraged everyone to listen to their body, which I believe is a healthy way to approach fitness. I had a great time!
