I have been seeing both chiropractors Tyler and Amber, and massage therapist Lilliana, for many years and recommend them if you are looking for support in living a pain-free & active life. Working collaboratively, they all give great treatments and good exercises that have meant effective solutions to injuries and chronic discomforts. As a nice extra touch they email you short in-house videos that demonstrate the exercises they recommend. Their location on 124 Street is easy to bike, drive and take transit to, and I can even fit in a treatment on my lunch hour. I highly recommend this group of practitioners!
I’m always so thankful for the staff at RH! They answer my multitude of questions, I get adjusted so I leave feeling better and they give me exercises to help me even further. I appreciate their knowledge and thoroughness!
I've been seeing Amber for 12+ years and she always does an amazing job. I keep myself pretty healthy but when I manage to screw myself up I always count on her care and attention to get me back to where I need to be.
