Haruna Inatsu is the best massage therapist I have ever found. So knowledgeable, professional, but, has a wonderful sense of humor. After seeing her my pain is eliminated, and, I feel fantastic.
I’ve been searching for a massage therapist who truly understands what a real relaxation massage should feel like and I finally found that with Renata Serna.
From the start, I was clear that I wanted a straightforward, uninterrupted relaxation massage. I prefer to avoid hot stones, hot towels, cupping, and assisted stretching of my arms and legs, as those tend to break the flow for me. Renata respected that completely and delivered exactly what I was hoping for.

Nicole and the team at Urban Massage and Wellness are great. I highly recommend the red light therapy. The red light therapy helped from the first session. I noticed benefits in both my knee and ankle when I injured them. The recovery is quicker, especially when paired with other healing modalities offered at Urban such as acupuncture and osteopathy.
