“Before this facility was a 3 star. But now it’s a 4 star. I only docked it 1 star because my only problem with it is the large teenage groups and the frequent under age girls wearing inappropriate gym attire. Aside from that I am very happy with the upgrade it was long over due. I was super happy with the double squat racks and hack squat and new plates. Like yes! And my only other suggestion would be to up the dumbbell weights to like 100 lbs. Clean facility and friendly staff. 👍”
“This was my first time ever seeing a chiropractor! I had previously tried getting a massage thinking it would ease the pain, but it didn't remove the soreness from my neck and shoulder. I was having a lot of trouble sleeping because of the pain, so I decided I needed to try a chiropractor instead. I am so lucky I found Dr. Cody Sieben! The second I walked in, I could feel how amazing the clinic atmosphere is, and Dr. Cody even made me laugh right away. He was incredibly thorough, asked me everything about my symptoms, and focused the treatment on making sure I finally get a good night's sleep tonight. I feel much better now and have absolutely no regrets. I am already waiting for my next appointment, which I know will help me become completely free from what has been keeping me awake.
