While visiting St. Albert from British Columbia, I stopped into Tommy Gun’s and had an outstanding experience.
Gabby at the front desk was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. I mentioned that I live with Parkinson’s and sometimes need someone patient and understanding. Gabby immediately recommended Jean.
Jean was fantastic .. patient, attentive, and extremely skilled. She gave me one of the best haircuts and shaves I’ve had in years ...honestly the best since a barber visit I had in Spain.
Thank you Gabby for the kindness and thank you Jean for the amazing service. Experiences like this are why great businesses stand out.

Been to see Alena now for the second time. First time she cut it i was astounded that she fixed what noone else had been able to for the past 18 months lol. And today she made me look even better. Great job Alena.
Great place, friendly from entering to leaving. Last 2 times I was here I made no appointment and took next available, I usually stick with the same person. Both times I was very happy. Will be back
