Love going to Rose and Onyx! I'm always received with a warm welcome and the salon is clean, bright and spacious. I have a short pixie cut hairstyle with very fine hair and Brittany is amazing. Would definitely recommend her!

The staff were all very nice. My stylist got my colour exactly the colour we wanted and the cut was very nice too. Very pleased with the end result.

Worst experience with Brent.
We have been going to him for a long time, but this experience was very disappointing. He changed my hair system, and the cutting was not done properly. When I called him, he asked me to come in so he could replace it.
During the visit, he said he would first try to fix the same hair system, and if it didn’t work, he would replace it for free at the next appointment, charging only for the hair system cost. We agreed, as that sounded reasonable.
However, the issue was not fixed, and he was not willing to admit that the result was still not right. Eventually, he agreed to change it. But at my next appointment, instead of charging only for the hair system as promised, he started charging extra.
When I questioned this, he replied rudely and said, “Okay, I will work for free.” This showed a lack of professionalism and that he does not stand by his word. Then i paid for the hair system and also tipped him $25.
When I tried to remind him in a polite way that he had clearly said during the previous appointment that there would be no extra charges, he responded very rudely and told me, “You can walk away.”
This behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and showed that he does not stand by his word. Overall, a very poor and frustrating experience.
