I saw Megan, and she did a great job! Fell asleep during the massage, and went home with no more back pain. She applied enough pressure to relieve the knots, but also kept it super relaxing.

Visited refined health and wellness today to assist with a lower back strain. Jenna was super helpful, very skilled and did an excellent job. Highly recommend her and will visit again soon. Office has a great location with free 2 hour parking. The secure office has a great vibe, quiet and serene, very relaxing.

This clinic is absolutely amazing. It's clean, quiet, and has a calm, serene atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in.
Booking online is super easy, and there’s always good availability, which I really appreciate.
My go-to RMT is Marissa, and she is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. If you’re looking for a true deep tissue massage that’s also incredibly relaxing and therapeutic, she is your girl. Her technique is unmatched.
