My mother and I went for spa pedicures. Hay and Sang were great! Their level of service was outstanding. They were super friendly, and professional. The shop was very clean. We were impressed with the job they did and we will definitely return.

I have been here before and had no issues. However this experience was different. I called prior to coming in. My two grand daughter and my daughter and I had our nails done. My youngest got a manicure with nail polish. My second grand daughter got tips put on. My daughter and I ask for gel over lay on our natural nails. It was a complete rush job. My grand daughter was cut and bled. When I was choosing the nail polish there is no marking of what polish is what. I was looking for a Christmas green. I picked my colour. Not aware of what I was getting and pricing. While already doing the procedure she then informed me of the price $70 for this gel overlay. I went in with long nails at least longer than what I came out with. So I was upset how short they are. I had spoken to this lady while doing my procedure telling her I was nervous and she ignored me. I finally got her attention saying excuse me. But let me tell you she did not miss out on a conversation that the other ladies were having. I didn't even know they were talking to her and all of a sudden she would blurt out something. Of course I couldn't understand what was being said. Regardless of that, the whole procedure was rushed and caused me to be uncomfortable as I'm not one to get my finger nails done. In the end we paid 269.00 for the four of us ....38.00 for manicure, $55 tips and $70 for my gel overlay, and $ 55 for my daughter gel overlay. My issue isn't with the work they did but just how sneaky they are and lack of transparency. They don't give you a receipt. They don't discuss charges right up front and they do something they are not asked for. I was given two rings to choose colour off of. Only one had one Christmas green. I said I liked this one and want something like it. She never explain it was chrome based nail polish or offered me any other choices. I was unaware my daughter had already paid. She was standing in the mall looking at their pricing and one of the ladies rushed out to explain what her charges were. Basically, I think there needs to be more transparency upfront about prices, types of polish and treatments ......make it clear before we have anything done. It was all too rushed and not relaxing.

took my girlfriend here today, this place is amazing. the ladies that work here are super accommodating, friendly, respectful, and very polite. her nails look great and they did a fantastic job at a great price.
