So I booked an appointment online to get a manicure the lady said yes come in . When I got there I was the only client that day! Hanah was telling me on Sundays they open by appointment only! So I had an awesome experience! Hanah was my consultant she was very friendly made me feel comfortable and even made me a cup of green tea! We had a nice visit! I was telling her I felt bad for her having to come out in the cold weather! That week was brutally cold-28 degrees! If I had of known they weren’t really open I would have made my appointment for Monday. So I thanked her again. Went on my way. I think it was maybe meant for us to meet that day. It was a very nice and comfortable experience. I needed a new set and a side service. The ladies were very happy and kind. I felt welcome and I loved how they did my nails! They followed my requests and in the end, I was relaxed and very happy with their service. Customer service was excellent! I will be going back, without question.
