This place is so cute. The staff was very friendly and helpful . The arrangements I noticed in the display case were very well made and different from what I've seen in other florists.

I ordered birthday flowers for delivery for my mom, as I live out of town. They called 2x to ensure she would be home to accept the flowers and also called the next day to confirm she liked them and if there were any issues. We ordered a tropical arrangement to brighten up her first winter in Alberta and they were absolutely beautiful. Above and beyond customer service doesn’t seem to exist anymore, so we are both thoroughly impressed with Funky Petals.
