I had my first experience getting botox last week! It was a very pleasant experience at Fine Lines. Donna at the front desk was friendly and informative. Joanne really took her time with me and was eager to answer any questions or concerns I had. She did not try to upsell me, if anything she was honest about me not needing as much as I initially thought. The atmosphere was clean and very positive. I felt very safe with choosing them as a clinic. Would recommend.
Fantastic experience at Fine Lines. A friend recommended Joanne for Botox treatment. She was very knowledgeable and I liked that she didn't push more and knew exactly what I needed. I've had botox a few times at other clinics but her technique was so good I could barely feel the needle! Great experience overall and looking forward to seeing the results!
Very clean and professional clinic with friendly staff. The whole experience was quick and easy — I was in and out in 20 minutes. They made me feel comfortable, and I’m definitely looking forward to going back!
