The people that work at this location are super nice and helpful. I went to this location back in January 2024 as the Callingwood location I had been going to, had closed. I had purchased 3 pre-paid spray tan packages at the Callingwood location and found out later that apparently I could only use them at the Callingwood location.
I called the Fabutan head office to see if they could do something and perhaps offer me a credit or refund or honor the 3 pre-paid spray tans to use elsewhere. They were totally useless and didn't do anything, nor would they meet me halfway and even honor at least 1 of the 3 spray tans. They basically said its up to each individual store...read full review
