Found the experience uncomfortable: constant attempts at selling products despite me bluntly saying I'm not currently interested in spending. I'm sure the products work well but it was the entire time from hair washing to paying at the end. First words out of Kendra's mouth were "You have some dandruff" while scratching at my scalp, which was a strange thing to say before hello how are you. Didn't seem to want to style the cut at all but did kin of a poor attempt at curls when I asked. I won't be back.Interior of salon was nice, at least.

I had a friend recommend this place to me and I am so glad I listened. I came in after getting my hair done somewhere else and wasn’t happy with the results. Cleo listened to me explain what I wanted to change, and proceeded to give me so many different options and routes to achieve them. Then she showed me the colour book and I picked out my colours. I went darker which was a big change for me (I always do blonde balayage). She communicated so well the whole time, always making sure I felt comfortable and explained what she was doing along the way. My whole experience was wonderful from beginning to end. The online booking system is so convenient and the salon it's huge and inviting. Jenessa knew exactly what I wanted and performed my cut to perfection. She also braided my hair for me at the end so that I could take my daughter to the pool with no hair fuss. And she gives the BEST scalp massages. It was by far the best experience I have ever had at a snalpn. I won't be going anywhere else from now on.Service: Hairstyling
