Jenna groomed our Giant Schnauzer for many years. We tried a few other groomers in St. Albert, but they never seemed to click with our dog. Jenna was caring, patient and kind. She always made our dog comfortable and looking great. Setting up appointments was easy (via text) and communication was alway prompt.We moved to Ontario in April 2022, but Jenna was kind enough to provide all the cut/blade information on a card for us to share with our next groomer.Even though we’re no longer clients, she still checks in with us to see how our dog is doing. Been going to Burgeois for years. My dog is always very happy when I pick her up!! Always professional. Customer service is superb. Prices are very reasonable. Left another local grooming place because of lousy customer service. Burgeois wins that hands down!
